Meal Plan: Week of 2/4
This is the first week of my husband starting his 40 hour per week job. He has been working close to 60 hours per week and has rarely been home for dinner. I am so excited that not only will he be working less, but he will also be home for dinner. I am so excited to have some help during the dinner hour so that I can actually cook and I am looking forward to our family dinners.
Here is my menu for the week:
Breakfast
Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
Strawberry Banana Sweetheart Pancakes
Eggs, Toast, Turkey Bacon, Fruit
Oatmeal
Banana Oatmeal Muffins, Fruit, Yogurt
Lunch
Peanut Butter and Honey Sandwiches, Fruit, Yogurt
Cheese and Bean Quesadillas, Fruit
Macaroni and Cheese, Fruit, Carrots
Peanut Butter and Banana Tortilla Roll-up
Leftovers
Dinner
Spicy Chili Potato
Whole Grain Pasta, Meatballs, Salad, French Bread (freezer)
Cheesy Enchilada Casserole
Baked Sweet and Sour Chicken with Fried Rice
Cream Cheese Filled Chicken, Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes
Pizza
Leftovers
Freezer
Banana Oatmeal Muffins
Pears Baby Food
Applesauce Baby Food
