Meal Plan: Week of 1/21

Here is my menu for this week:

Breakfast

Breakfast Burritos (freezer), Apple Oat-Muffins (freezer), Oatmeal with fruit and or yogurt

Lunch

Macaroni and Cheese, Fruit, Carrots
Cheese Quesadillas, Fruit
Peanut Butter and Honey Sandwiches, Carrots, Fruit
Leftovers

Dinner

Pasta w/ Meatballs, Salad and French Bread (from freezer)
Chicken Fried Rice
Healthified Ground Beef and Noodles
Grilled Chicken, Beer Bread, and Salad
Turkey Burgers, Sweet Potato Fries and Fruit
Pizza
Leftovers


Freezer Cooking

Beer Bread
Apple Oat-Muffins
No Bake Granola Bars
